Jess graduated from the Institute of Beauty and Wellness and did further training at New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts. She also enjoys prenatal, hot stone, and the challenge of trigger point work and deep tissue.
Jess decided to become a massage therapist after working in healthcare and witnessing the benefits patients were receiving from regular massage treatments. It was encouraging to see their relief in pain, improvement in range of motion and circulation, as well as overall stress relief. After 8 years of being a massage therapist, Jess has been able to provide these benefits, and many more among clients. Jess understands the benefits of massage are key components in alleviating pain, and maintaining a healthy future. She loves to be active herself, and understands how important massage and a stretching regiment are and looks forward to helping others.
