Alignment Based Yoga~All Levels
Yoga is for everyone. No one is too old or too stiff, too overweight or too thin, nor too inflexible. Our certified teacher guides students of all ages and physical conditions through classes which are safe, accessible and rewarding. Props are utilized, when necessary, to allow for deeper understanding of the asanas(postures).
Classes will vary from week to week, incorporating physical postures, meditation and breath-work.
We would be honored to share in your yoga journey, weather you’ve been practicing for years or if you are joining us for your very first class.
